Microflex® HP: The connection pipe from the external HP unit to the building
It’s a key step where the heat loss can be important if the pipe doesn’t fit with key features. In addition the Heat Pump outdoor unit cannot be installed anywhere: it must not disturb the neighbours by its operating noise, to optimize its performance it is recommended to choose a location
as far as possible from neighbouring houses,
but also from windows of your house,
barely visible,
sheltered from the prevailing winds in your area,
and preferably in a sunny place
Microflex® HP is pre-insulated, and then the ideal solution for the installation of a heat pumps. In the intelligent design of the piping, pipes for heating supply and return (and/or cooling) are combined with two sheaths for power supply and network communication cables. The result is a complete and flexible solution with high quality insulation, no risks of heat loss with Microflex !

The programmable thermostats and home automation system
It is recognized that the use of a thermostat allows energy savings of up to 25% of the overall consumption. How it’s works: It is necessary to set two temperatures. The set temperature, also called comfort temperature (the desired room temperature), and the reduced temperature, called ECO temperature. The thermostat measures the difference between the current temperature and the desired room temperature. The thermostat controls the heat pump and sends it orders to produce heat (or cold in cooling mode).
Programmable or not? we recommend using a programmable model, so you won’t run your heating system when your home is unoccupied.
With or without outdoor sensor? The outdoor sensor improves the operation of the heat pump. The thermostat starts or stops the heat pump by anticipating variations in outside temperatures. The probe brings even more comfort to the home and smooths the operating costs.
The WATTS thermostats allow you to simply program the days and time slots, the VISION home automation allows you to control the heat pump remotely, from an application on your phone or tablet.
Vision® System, the solution to manage efficiency your heat pump
Vision® Wired : Enables you to control hydronic underfloor heating and cooling, and the temperature of individual rooms. Ideal in a renovation when the thickness of the wall is too heavy for the radio frequency models.

HKV2013AF and HKV2013PnG: Stainless steel heating circuit manifolds with threaded and push-fit connections are used to distribute, shut off and regulate the heating/cooling water flow of panel heating/cooling systems in accordance with DIN EN 1264-4. The required flow rate for each heating circuit is set on the return control valve and visually checked on the corresponding flow meter.
22CX and 26LC: 2-point actuators (ON/OFF) with visual or LED indication are designed to operate with WATTS heating circuit manifolds in conjunction with room thermostats and connecting boxes.
WFC-03 and WFC-03 RF: wired or wireless controllers to connect Vision Wired or Vision Wireless thermostats with actuators. The connecting boxes offer a range of functions such as pump and boiler logics, overheating security etc.

The Heat Pump is connected to the main water supply. The heating water is not potable. The regulation request a non-controllable backflow preventer CA type in order to protect the drinking water supply system against pollution.
CA9C — Non-controllable backflow preventer CA type
Used to prevent the reverse flow of polluted/contaminated water (fluid class 3). The valve offers protection with regard to back-siphonage as well as backflow and was especially developed for smaller connections to the water supply system, such as heat pumps > 70 KW.
Where to install it?
The protection device has to be installed with a minimum clearance of 150 mm around the device (except at the laying side). The discharge valve must not be submerged. The air gap must be connected to sewer pipe to drain the evacuation of the fluid.
The magnetic filter retains particles and impurities that could enter the heating circuit. The WATTS magnetic dirt separator WSS type remove sludge and impurities (magnetic and otherwise) from heating/cooling systems, complete with removable external magnet and drain valve for cleaning. Fast, convenient dirt removal. Easy to install horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Easy to clean. Brass body.
The mechanical manometer checks the pressure in the heating circuit. They are essential to check to pressure level and check the correct functioning of the whole system. WATTS manufactures in Europe (in our Bulgarian plant) a wide range of gauges. Back or bottom connection, they are resistant and accurate, accuracy class 1.6. Other scales and connections available to order. Complies with EN 837-1 and INAIL (ex ISPESL) technical requirements.
The user-friendly iDROSET valve use a new patented technology by WATTS, that allows to set and read instantly the flow rate on site without the requirement of special tools. A shut-off function is included as well, as a lock of the setting hand wheel. Indication of the flow rate set point by a manual red pointer.
Watts compact pump groups are ready-to-mount, complete, pre-assembled and tested units for heat distribution in heating/cooling systems in residential and commercial applications. They contain all the necessary components; pump, mixing valve, check valve in supply to avoid gravity circulation, thermometer and a EPP-insulation to minimize heat losses.

Extracts the heat from the outside air and transfers it inside your home
The heat pump is a device that operates using one or more units. A refrigerant flows through a circuit, captures the heat from the air in an evaporator. The temperature of the liquid increases and passes into the gaseous state. A compressor increases its temperature, which a condenser drops. Heat transfer occurs to the part of the dwelling to be heated.
Once again liquid, the refrigerant passes through a pressure reducer where its pressure drops. Then the cycle begins again.
But the Heat Pump can work properly only if some key accessories are implemented.
