Boiler charging units for solid-fuel boilers

Boiler charging units and return temperature control stations for solid fuel boilers (e.g. log wood, pellet, or fireplace stoves) protect heating systems against condensation and corrosion by maintaining a consistently elevated return temperature. The thermally controlled charging unit FlowBox KLS25 is factory-set to 58 °C and suitable for heating outputs up to 50 kW. Electronically controlled models such as KLSC DN20/25/32 allow stepless temperature adjustment between 5 °C and 95 °C (up to 120 kW). The return temperature unit KLE25 integrates a motorized 3-way mixing valve with a fixed setpoint of 70 °C. All units feature GEG-compliant EPP insulation to minimize heat losses.
