Special security mixing valve TX90 ULTRAMIX® FNC
Description
The thermostatic mixing valve with the same characteristics than the ULTRAMIX with safety device and allow drawing even in the case of a hot water cut. Special model for the installations with safety showers or emergency eye-washer. Designed to meet all specific water temperature requirements, even at very low sanitary flow rates.
Anti-scalding safety : automatic shut-off in the event of cold water supply failure + authorization to draw cold water (FNC safety function). Functioning according to a principle of servo-motor. Water mixing obtained by two independent valves – functioning like two hydraulic relays.
- Bimetal control by blue built-in blocking control knob.
- Cover in front (gray PVC).
- Adjustment range: 10/50°C.
- Maximum pressure : 10 bar
- Minimum pressure : 1 bar.
- Recommended operating pressure : 2-4 bar
- Maximum hot water temperature: 85°C.
- Minimum temperature variation between inlets : 5°C.
- Maximum pressure variation :1,5bar
- Approved ACS.
Thermostatic mechanism, integral with the mixing valve cover /pad. No friction from moving metal parts => excellent resistance to scale and remarkable longevity. Check-valves approved NF. Perfect accessibility, disassembly without tools, easy cleaning without instructions. Total interchangeability with the current and the old range
